This checklist explains our general operating standard. Your confirmed service scope is defined by the Property Setup Profile, available inventory, building access, the approved proposal and the service agreement.
Important scope note
A routine turnover is designed to reset a property between guest stays. Deep cleaning, excessive conditions, repairs, inaccessible areas and services not listed in the approved scope require separate authorization and may carry an additional charge.

What is included in a vacation rental turnover?+
A Cleverly Shine turnover includes cleaning and resetting the assigned guest areas, fresh linen placement, approved amenity restocking and a final quality review. The confirmed scope follows the Property Setup Profile and approved service agreement.
Is deep cleaning included in a routine turnover?+
No. Routine turnover cleaning and deep cleaning are different services. Heavy buildup, excessive conditions and detailed restorative work require prior review and approval.
Do you restock vacation rental amenities?+
Yes. Cleverly Shine restocks approved toiletries, paper goods and unit-specific guest supplies from available property inventory according to the service plan.
Do you change and coordinate linen?+
Yes. We remove used linen, place the assigned clean sets and coordinate linen flow according to each property's approved setup and inventory system.
Do you document property condition?+
Yes. Our final verification can include photo documentation and prompt reporting of visible damage, missing items or maintenance concerns. It is not a technical property inspection or a guarantee that concealed damage will be discovered.
Are balconies and exterior windows included?+
Accessible interior balcony surfaces may be included when listed in the Property Setup Profile. Exterior glass, façades and unsafe elevated surfaces are not included in routine turnover cleaning.
