A quote, proposal, work order, invoice, client instruction or separate service agreement may contain additional terms regarding access, scheduling, cancellations, payment, supplies, documentation and responsibility for the property. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the terms of the confirmed service engagement control for that service.
